- I am using a running footer in a document to include a page number,
- and I generate a table of contents for the document when complete. I
- would like to be able to include a copy of non-Frame forms and/or
- correspondence as part of the document by skipping the proper number
- of pages and inserting a Xerox of the form and/or correspondence after
- printing. The only way I have found to do this is to insert several
- blank pages (which would still contain the running header and footer
- if printed) in the document using "Top of Column" in the paragraph
- format, and then not print these pages. The problem is that a typical
- document may be several hundred pages long, and contain several of
- these forms. Printing this way becomes a VERY tedious task. However,
- printing the "blank" pages wastes paper and wear on our printer.
-
- Is there any way to say "increment the page number by this much" so
- that no extra pages are generated but the page numbers in the running
- footer and the table of contents are correct?
