  12. We are looking for PC-based text-formatting and graphics packages that include:

  14.     - screen previewing and laser printer output
  15.  
  16.     - input an ASCII file with markup (troff preferably) and output
  17.         typeset-quality text (proportional spacing, tables, titles, etc.)
  18.  
  19.     - chart capability (bar, pie, line, etc.) for the graphics
  20.  
  21.     - run-time free for delivered applications
  22.
