  13. I've been using soundtool to play and record simple things, but I'd
  14. like to be able to change the speed and pitch of a recording.
  15. What I'm aiming for is to be able to change the tempo without changing
  16. the pitch - to drop to half speed, and then bring the pitch up an
  17. octave and so on.

  19. Suggestions for where to look for software?
