  11. Because of a paperwork snafu (Sun's, of course) we did not received our
  12. upgrade to SunOS 4.1.2 until recently.  But, one day (today) UPS
  13. delivers boxes containing SunOS 4.1.3.  I thought SunOS 4.1.3 was for
  14. sun4m kernals only and we have sun4c systems.  Is this correct or can it
  15. be run on sun4c systems?

  17. Also, I was glancing through the documentation and I noticed that the
  18. installation for 4.1.1 is performed by booting from the CD.  Why?  This
  19. is supposed to be a "dot" release and it's only supposed to be an
  20. upgrade.  I know I haven't read the entire document carefully but it
  21. seems to me that this is a change from the past.  Why?  Is this thing
  22. going to want to scribble all over my disk where I have to backup all my
  23. disks?

  25. For an upgrade, this is distressing... I guess I will put this off
  26. until I have more time.
