- Does anyone know of sources for support (besides Sun's) on Software and
- Hardware (mostly Software)??

- We have had WAY too much trouble dealing with Sun direct on the software
- side. We pay big dollars per month for support and the few times
- per year we need it seems Sun is not able to help us. We do all our
- maintainance on the weekends (as most shops do) and it seems Sun has
- one person on call and this person is ALWAYS unqualified to deal
- with our problems and they have no way to escalate the problem to
- someone with more knowledge. We only call when we are "up to
- our armpits" in a problem because the people here are pretty sharp.
