  13. I have been unable to get the document viewer portion of the
  14. SunSolve package to work.  The SearchTool works fine, however.
  15. When I click on the DocViewer Icon, the message "Starting DocViewer...."
  16. is printed at the bottom of the SunSolve window.  This message
  17. disappears and the message "Couldn't initialize document types!"
  18. appears in the window where SunSolve was started.  No document
  19. viewer window is created.  Any ideas?
