  18. Turn the mouse over, remove the two screws holding it together, and
  19. gently remove the bottom of the mouse, being careful not to lose
  20. the two small clear plastic balls (the lenses).  Wash the mouse's
  21. feet with soap and water, then dry things thoroughly.  Put the bottom
  22. back on the mouse, making sure that the lenses are in the correct holes
  23. in the PC board.  Reinstall the screws.
