  15. I am in the process of trying to select a maintenance vendor for the Unix
  16. workstations and peripherals at my site.  This is mostly a Sun shop, but we
  17. also have a few NeXT systems.  We also have a lot of Macs.  I am mainly trying
  18. to find a vendor for the Unix systems but someone who did Sun, NeXT and Macs
  19. would be perfect.

  21. So far I have spoken to several vendors who specialize in service as well as
  22. some VARs who also do service.  They all sound about the same, their quotes
  23. all tend to be in the same ball park, references always sound good.  So - how
  24. to decide??

  26. Some of the companies who I have spoken to are Honeywell, APC and AMC.  We have
  27. dealt with Baystate in the past but were unimpressed.  Sun is too expensive.
  28. Does anyone have any experience with any of vendors I mentioned?  How about
  29. vendors I did not mention?

  31. Any input would be greatly appreciate.  Please e-mail me directly if you have
  32. any horror stories, etc or if you have a really good vendor that I could
  33. consider.
