  10. I have an HP Paintjet XL plotter that I am connecting to my SGI 4D/20. When
  11. I connect the printer using the parallel port and send a "snapshot" to it,
  12. all the colors come out fine. But if I connect this printer on the serial
  13. port, the colors are not the same as A). the snapshot (ipaste) and B). the
  14. output from it being attached parallel.

  16. I have access to a serial cable and not another parallel cable (for the time
  17. being), that is why I would like to connect it serially (sp). Any ideas or
  18. things I could try?
