- Contact Mark Epstein <marke@violet.berkeley.edu>. He wrote a fairly
- draconian passwd program, though some of the code may not be free.
- There is also an example of a passwd checker written in Perl. It's
- either in the man page or in the examples to the O'Reilly book that
- can be found on public archives like UUNET.
