  20. Contact Mark Epstein <marke@violet.berkeley.edu>.  He wrote a fairly
  21. draconian passwd program, though some of the code may not be free.
  22. There is also an example of a passwd checker written in Perl.  It's
  23. either in the man page or in the examples to the O'Reilly book that
  24. can be found on public archives like UUNET.
