  15.     I'm relatively new to Iris, and any sort of graphical workstations so bear with me for a moment....

  17.     We have a PI 4D/35 which we're using predominently for crystallographic data analysis. We would like to set things up so that several different users
  18. could use the same software running on the Iris at once. Is it possible to buy SGI graphics terminals which can be hung off the serial port at the back of the Iris? What is the limit on the number we can attach? Will attaching further terminals bring the Iris to a grinding halt with all the extra I/O? Would it be cheaper and easier just a buy a couple of Indigos instead?

  20.     Apologies if answers to these questions are lurking in an FAQ somewhere. SGI Express have been failing to return my calls for the last three days, and we need to make a decision soon.
