  31. The 3.10 compilers will run on any SGI system based on an R3000 or R4000.
  32. There is improved support for the R4000 in them (use the option -mips2),
  33. but an earlier release (the 2.20 release) also had this support.

  35. I'm not sure what your sales rep. meant.

  37. You do need the 4.1 Development System release to run those two products,
  38. though, since they depend on the back ends that come with 4.1.
