  14.     How can one measure animation frame rate on an Indigo Entry?
  15. I want to maintain a certain rate, but the complexity of each scene
  16. may vary. Is the best way to do this counting the number of scenes
  17. per second and adjusting accordingly? What function returns the time
  18. most accurately?  Any tips?
