  13. I was trying to read the file table in order to find which user owns
  14. what socket to write RFC 931 for IRIX problem is that I can't find
  15. the library where the routines described in /usr/include/sys/file.h
  16. are.
  17. can any one help (about reading file table or RFC 931 for IRIX)
