  11. when i originally set up my disk (a non-system disk),
  12. I partitioned
  13. it into three separate file systems.  i thought
  14. it was a good idea at the time.  i would
  15. like to go back to one file system.  i use the new dump
  16. commanded provided with 4.0 to do backups.
  17. one backup for each file system. my question is
  18. how best to back up my system before consolidating
  19. three file systems into one.  can the three dump
  20. files (one for each file system) be used to restore
  21. back to the new consolidated file system?
