  13. Does anyone have any information on the histogram functions in Iris Explorer?
  14. I've looked at the online user guide, but there isn't much info.  I'm looking
  15. for something that will allow me to histogram equalize a set of MR images 
  16. and then use the histogram to select what anatomy to display and in what
  17. color.  It seems to me that Explorer will do that, but verification could
  18. motivate to figure out how to do it.  Another possibility is to get a 
  19. package that does this.  Does anyone know of one?
