- I am thinking of getting an R4000 Indigo and the cost difference between an SGI
- 43M drive and a third party 1.2G internal drive is not great. I put this
- possibilty to the sales person who told me that they had experience of people
- blowing graphics boards as a result of too much heat from some models of 1.2G
- drive.
-
- I haven't seen anything like this on the net.
-
- Any confirmation / disconfirmation welcome.
-
- (The model I have been looking at is the 1.2G DEC drive from Andataco.)
