  21. Impressario supports the following b/w laser printers:
  22.  
  23.     Apple LaserWriter IINT, NTX, F, and G
  24.     HP LaserJet IIP, IIP+, III, IIIP
  25.  
  26. All of the software needed to drive these printers is included with
  27. Impressario.

  29. Note that the HP's do not need the optional PostScript cartidge.
  30. Impressario includes a host-based PostScript interpreter to allow printing
  31. of PostScript documents to non-PostScript printers.

  33. Other PostScript printers are not officially supported, however, if the
  34. printer behaves EXACTLY as one of the LaserWriters mentioned above,
  35. it should work.  We have seen some problems with QMS for example.
  36. Due to their ASP technology the printer never returns an "idle" status,
  37. so Impressario will not send it a print job.  Thus, we currently do
  38. not claim support for these printers
