  23. I think it was the April issue of Dr. Dobbs Journal in which Ron Avitzur
  24. describes his handwritine recognition system.  It's fairly easy to implement,
  25. and if I recall correctly (somebody correct me if I'm mistaken), he placed
  26. it into the public domain.  It requires training from the ground up for each
  27. user, but otherwise should be able to do what you want.
