- I think it was the April issue of Dr. Dobbs Journal in which Ron Avitzur
- describes his handwritine recognition system. It's fairly easy to implement,
- and if I recall correctly (somebody correct me if I'm mistaken), he placed
- it into the public domain. It requires training from the ground up for each
- user, but otherwise should be able to do what you want.
