  22. There ARE algorithms out there that claim to do this, but it is my
  23. understanding that they are not anywhere close to reliable in their ability
  24. to varify a person's signature.  This is one of those Artificial Intelligence
  25. things that just hasn't gotten developed fully. Also consider that the 
  26. resolution of most pen computers is much less than that which we see when
  27. we look at a signature on paper.
