  23. I guess that is true, yet not true!  The actual time change is normally 
  24. scheduled to take place in the early hours of the morning (01:00 or 02:00?)
  25. so that although it may be Sat night it is really Sun morning. So the date
  26. when you will change your clock is on the Saturday yet the "Last
  27. Sunday in Oct" remains correct when looked at in that perspective.
