  16. DougMenu 1.68 is on wuarchive.wustl.edu in the /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS
  17. directory.  It fixes a bug that occurs when an enviroment variable
  18. is used at the beginning of a line of batch file text and the #noreturn
  19. command is not used.  Otherwise v1.68 is the same as v1.67.
