  12. Hello there!  Due to intense user space pressures, we are interested in enabling
  13. quotas on the NeXT's...  however, the quota system does not appear to be
  14. 'compiled into the kernel'.  All the support programs are there, but none of
  15. the kernel stuff.  Is there a kernel relocatable that we could install to
  16. supply what is needed?  Would it be feasable to create one?  Are there quota
  17. libraries around that I could adapt?  etc etc...  Any help at all would be
