- Thanks to the many people who responded to my post yesterday
- about how to undo a change made with NetMgr that prevented the machine
- from booting normally.

- The problem:
- I changed NetMgr...Local...Broadcast Address to the IP address
- of my own machine. When I rebooted, the machine hung when it
- got to the network initialization stage. Since I couldn't boot
- it, I wasn't sure how to undo the change I'd made.

- The solution:
- Boot into single-user mode and enter 'bsd -s' at the 'NeXT>'
- prompt. Edit your /etc/hostconfig file. (In my case, I changed
- IPBROADCAST back to '-AUTOMATIC-'). Logout. Reboot normally.

- This is all probably quite obvious to anyone who knows what
- they're doing (but maybe not...!).
