  14. I am able to change the SystemBeep to any sound I like using the Preferences  
  15. tool.

  17. However, after I logout and log in again, my choice is ignored and the  
  18. SystemBeep is back to the default.

  20. Nevertheless, dread tells me that my choice is still as I selected, for  
  21. example:

  24. NeXT1 SystemBeep /LocalLibrary/Sounds/Cow

  27. Any ideas as to what the problem is?.
