- I am able to change the SystemBeep to any sound I like using the Preferences
- tool.
-
- However, after I logout and log in again, my choice is ignored and the
- SystemBeep is back to the default.
-
- Nevertheless, dread tells me that my choice is still as I selected, for
- example:
-
- mcs-next-10> dread -n SystemBeep
- NeXT1 SystemBeep /LocalLibrary/Sounds/Cow
-
-
- Any ideas as to what the problem is?.
