- I've connected my NeXT to the university's Ethernet and I'm
- able to telnet to other hosts within the campus domain. When I try to
- reach hosts outside the domain, I get a "network is unreachable"
- message.
-
- The NeXT is not configured as part of a NetInfo net and I
- believe I've done the local configuration in NetMgr correctly. (I'm
- assuming here that if I hadn't, I wouldn't be able to reach other UVic
- hosts). I'm able to connect to the other campus machines with either a
- domain name or an IP address, so I figure my machine is addressing the
- campus domain name server correctly.
-
- I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
-
- Thanks.
-
- Michael.
