- Is it possible to plug a terminal into either the serial a/b port
- and login to the NeXT?
-
- I tried using this:
-
- csh < /dev/ttyb > &/dev/ttyb > /dev/ttyb &
-
- to redirect a shell i/o to that terminal.
-
- It didn't work. Is this because of getty somehow? (I was always under
- the impression getty locks out other attempts to open them)
-
- Any ideas?
-
- Shane
