  29. shutdown -p will only show up in the Console or Terminal (if it's
  30. running).  Since there is no guarantee users will be running Terminal
  31. or Console a "Broadcast.app" (or something similar) would be nice.
  32. "ShellPanel" can pop open a window with an Alert message in it but if
  33. you want to run it as root (so everyone will see it) I believe the
  34. Public Window Server will have to be open on each station.  This is a
  35. no-no for security reasons.  Anyone have a workaround?  Can root open
  36. the Public Window Server on a station just long enough to broadcast a
  37. message then close it (or leave it in the state it was in)?
