  14. We run a couple of NeXTstations on a mixed Network. We intend to write
  15. a shell script to make a backup from a remote machine automatically.
  16.  
  17. For this we have to do a rlogin without a password. I thought .rhosts with
  18.  <remote-machine> <user-id>
  19. in the root directory is enough. I have already done some modification
  20. in /etc/ttys.  So after I have typed in the password I can do the
  21. backup. But we want to make this job automatically at night.

  23. Does anyone have had a similar problem and a solution. Any help is 
  24. appreciated.
