  13. Ok, I've had enough and I'm NOT going to take it anymmore !

  15. A few days ago we experienced a temporary power outage due to
  16. a T-storm rolling through the area. Well lo and behold, when
  17. it came back, our NeXTcube tried to boot, and got the following:

  19.     [stuff left out]
  20.     Waiting for device to come ready
  21.     . . . . . . . . . .
  22.     Load of /etc/mach_init, errno 83, trying /etc/init
  23.     Load of /etc/init failed, errno 83
  24.  
  25. "Luckily", we have a NeXTstation that I used as a NetBoot server
  26. (after much help from UMD :), to get the cube back up !!! newfs
  27. and fsck on the local drive, restored the disk, fskd again, rebooted,
  28. and guess what ???
