- Every time I type Command-F, Terminal gives the above error. Other programs,
- specifically Edit, do not complain when executing the same service with a
- selection. I've also noticed several other services have stopped working in
- Terminal (like Websters and Quotations), but the service-providing app is still
- started after the error message. The most recent changes were my upgrade to
- System 2.2a and a new version SBook (which I tried removing from /LocalApps to
- no avail). I've rebooted and power cycled since noticing this without any
- improvement.
-
- Any ideas how to fix this? I've tried looking through the Defaults under
- Terminal, but nothing looks suspicious.
-
- My services menu in Terminal is as follows (8-space tabs):
- Define in Webster =
- Librarian > Search F
- Search in Include
- Search in ManPages M
- Search in NextDev V
- Mail > Selection
- NGService > Read
- Open in Workspace
- SBook > Dial phone
- Print envelope
- Send email
- Search in Quotations
-
- The version numbers for the custom services I have installed are as follows:
- MailHelper 1.1
- NGService 1.1
- SBook 2.05
-
- I'm running System 2.2a on an 25MHz NeXTdimension.
