- I think the scoop is that NXBitmapImageRep now supports the same formats
- as window devices; You can't write directly to the screen, but you can
- supply bitmaps that can be blasted into the Window Server's window devices
- without unpacking.

- This can make things like emulators and alternate Window Servers much
- faster.
