- In the application you're printing from, bring up the print
- panel (alt-p is one way to do it). Instead of <return> or
- clicking Print, click on Save. This opens a file browser
- that lets you choose a directory and specify a filename for
- the output file. If you don't give the filename a suffix,
- .ps will be added. That's the file you'll send to another
- machine to print on its PostScript printer. I did that
- hundreds of times before I got a printer.
