  19. You--and you alone--post a message to biz.config stating your
  20. intention to create a new BIZ group (that's BIZ, as in "the ONLY
  21. appropriate place for blatently commercial postings") with some
  22. reasonable name like biz.next.newprod.  Wait a few days.  Issue
  23. a formal newgroup if there are no objections.  Announce the
  24. establishment of the new group in c.s.n.a, but advise people not
  25. to post to it for a few more days to give news administrators
  26. time to ensure its propagation.

  28. You'll have your group in no time flat, and those of us who value
  29. c.s.n.* for useful information content will appreciate having
  30. "our" newsgroups back.
