  17. Let those non-US types use (left over) traveller's checks. Just  
  18. countersign and fill in the 'Pay to the order of' piece. 100$==100$ (Of  
  19. course the owner of the traveller's checks already has payed his/her dues  
  20. - but then, only the sun rises for nothing; that is, for the time being  
  21. :-) Nice for smaller amounts (shareware fees).
