I just ordered a NeXT turbo and was told that 3.0 WILL be on my machine when
I pick it up in one to two weeks. I also received a note from the campus
(uw-madison) computer outlet that updates to 3.0 will be available within
two weeks. (I seem to recall that it would be free for turbo owners and
would be available non-turbo owners for around $100US for a site license.
There was an offer for the CD-ROM disks, and a CD-ROM driver for under
the price of the driver alone. This offer was good until the end of
september.)

The statement that I will be getting 3.0 installed on my machine is written
on my order form. The rest is from a email message forwarded to me by the
computer outlet, and hence, not guaranteed.
