- Hi folks,
-
- I am considering buying a NeXTStation, and was wondering if
- there is anybody out there in the geosciences (or similar) that uses
- one currently for research purposes. I would appreciate any opinions
- re. advantages or disadvantages to using NeXT machines (rather than
- PC's or other UNIX machines), for such diverse tasks as mathematical
- modelling, creation of maps, writing, and preparation of slides for
- presentations etc. So, is the NeXT a nice reliable, well-rounded
- machine ?
-
- If you've got the time, send e-mail to above address.
- Thanks in advance,
-
