- Ok, here's a bunch of questions, some of which might be (at least one is) in
- the FAQ, but I can't get at the FAQ now, so, sorry in advance.
-
- 1> I have a PC (urgh 8-) and a NeXT mono - want to hook both into an HP IIIP
- w/ PS Level 2 cartridge. Anyone know if you can make the IIIP respond to both
- the serial port and the parallel port automatically? Or do I have to change
- the settings some how? Anyone do this and find a good system to use?
-
- 2> Related to 1, what exactly do I have to do to hook up to the IIIP? I got
- a 040 modem cable, I need to make a printcap entry, right? Anyone got one
- they can send me?
-
- 3> Can you hook a mono monitor to a color station? How about the reverse?
- Also, where can you buy a cable to hook a color up to a Nanoi T-560i?
-
- 4> Any way to make the NeXT CD-Rom player play through the Monitor's (or
- sound box's) RCA ports rather than its own? Yes, I've played with CDPlayer
- and CDAudio, but I would like to go through the NeXT...
-
- 5> You know how when you print out something (say, a view) and it's bigger
- than the page, it splits it onto multiple pages? It seems to screw up a lot
- for me, splitting only horizontally, I believe. Is this fixed in 3.0?
-
- 6> Anyway to draw using alpha mode with normal PS code? By that I mean without
- using composite....
-
- 7> Is there any Fax software for the Supra Fax Modem, NOW? I know there were
- two companies working on it, but I haven't heard if they actually have a
- product yet.
-
- Sorry if this is a waste of bandwidth.
-
- Please excuse any spelling errors, grammatical errors, lapse of judgement,
- general stupidity, or lack of sanity.
-
- Thanks,
