  29. Out of the box, no.

  31. You'll need to get your Macintosh QuickMail server talking SMTP. Then, you'll  
  32. be able to exchange simple mail (read: text only), without much trouble.

  34. I gather SMTP gateways for QM are available from Cayman (Gatorbox people).
