- I am using a DoveFax modem on my NextStation serial port, and I have it
- configured to mail incoming faxes to me. I have NextMail 2.0 (v63)
-
- The faxes drop nicely into Active.mbox, with no problem. HOWEVER, transferring
- them to another mailbox can cause the fax attachment to be lost.
-
- Peering into the Active.mbox/ directory, I can see that the first one results
- in an ./attach folder, and the next in an ./attach_0 folder (presumably the
- subsequent fax received would engender an ./attach_1 and so forth).
-
- If I transfer a fax from Active.mbox into a mailbox (say, Faxes.mbox) which
- already has a fax in it, the attachment from the new fax is dropped on the
- floor. I had collected (or so I thought) 10 fax messages into one mailbox,
- only to discover that what I REALLY had was ten messages from various dates,
- all containing the same index.rtf and pointing to the same fax file.
-
- Is this fixed somewhere? How annoying!
