  12. Since I made my earlier response to this post I've received E-mail 
  13. indicating that contrary to the sign on the door BFJ has indeed closed
  14. its doors permanently (there is also a post to this effect on comp.dcom.modems)

  16. At this point this is *only* E-mail hearsay for those of you reading this, 
  17. but I have very strong reasons to believe it's true and suggest anyone in
  18. the same situation I'm in contact their credit card companies, the BBB, 
  19. and any other organization which might be helpful in a situation like this.
  20. If anyone can offer specifics on how to go about recovering funds paid to 
  21. a shuttered company (I would think the people abuzed by Neuron would be
  22. experts at this :-/ it would be greatly appreciated if you'd post them or
  23. send them to me by E-mail.  I'll summarize to the net as I learn more.
