  13. Upon asking another Mac person, I was told that it depends on the Mac  
  14. involved because not all Macs can go over 9600.  I was told that due to  
  15. the relatively low number of old Macs that fit in this "slow" category, it  
  16. might be that getting hardware flow control to work could be a problem,  
  17. but I didn't get into any conversation with him on that issue.
