  14.     A NeXT representative told me today that the CPU chip on the
  15.     turbo stations are upgradable.  ie, when a faster version of
  16.     the 68040 chip comes out, you can replace the 33 Mhz one with
  17.     the faster one.
  18.     I've never heard of this for the Turbos.  Is this true?
  19.     And if it is, can I replace the 040 with a 050 when it comes
  20.     out?

  22.     Also, they have a 3.0 machine running.  Everything seems to be
  23.     there.  The "look and feel" has been improved.  Better color
  24.     support.  (Color everywhere on the desktop!)  The representative
  25.     said that NeXTstep 3.0 will ship in September.

  27.     I also asked him about the fate of the Cube.  He sounds like
  28.     that the cube will not be obsoleted in the future.
