- My 3 1/2 month old NeXT 17" color monitor snapped and shut itself off
- this evening twice. I thought it might be related to the fact that the
- washer and dryer were both running when it happened since it hasn't
- done it since. It has, however, begun making very quiet snapping sounds every
- few minutes. I did press the degauss button about 10 seconds before it shut
- itself off, but that was it. It is connected to a noise suppressor/spike
- protector currently; I'm planning on investing in a UPS soon.
-
- Has anyone else experienced this? Should I send it in under warranty?
- Any UPS recommendations <$350?
-
- Thanks.
