- I reported this problem to Prime Service, with a test program. They have
- reported it to MIPS. However, I have since heard that it is a problem in
- the Sun code. Seems Sun thought it was a security risk to allow any program
- to clear port mappings it didn't set. I've heard they will be releasing a fix.
- In the meantime, change your /etc/init.d/netdaemons file to run the
- old portmap process instead of rpcbind.
