-
- How about this: Set the Label on each of these files to something
- useful like "Shuttle Files". (You can change the names of labels in the
- Labels control panel.) Then, select "Find..." and click the "More
- choices" button. Make your search criteria "Label is Shuttle Files" and
- make sure you check the "all at once" box. When the Find completes, all
- of the files with that label should be selected. Grab one of them and
- drag it onto your floppy, and it should copy the whole bunch.
-
- One caveat: Some files that you have gotten from elsewhere might have
- labels already. Before you start labeling your files, you may want to
- go into "Find...", click "More choices", make your search criteria
- "Label is Shuttle Files", and check the "all at once" box. When the
- Find completes, all of the files that may have been accidentally
- labeled as "Shuttle Files" will be selected, and you can choose "None"
- from the Label menu to make them all unlabeled. Then you can go and
- label all of the files that you really want labeled as "Shuttle
- Files".
