  13. Serious problems occuring on our network here, as of late. Printing
  14. problems
  15. from assorted different applications (Word 5.0a, WordPerfect 2.0.4, ccmail
  16. 2.0 [known]) resulting in printing errors, printing hangs and system hangs.
  17. Configurations are as follows. System 7.01 w/tune-up 1.1.1, and ATK
  18. upgrade; Quadras, ci's, cx's; SAM intercept, Network SuperVisor, and
  19. KeyAccess (KeyServer chooser device). Systems running in 32-bit mode.
  20. Problems consistently occur and are reproduceable when printing and
  21. multiple applications are running. There are at least 6 machines with
  22. similar problems. The one that I am focussing on today also had ChooserUser
  23. 1.2, BroadCast 2.0, SuperClock 3.9.1.

  25. I already increased the printmonitor's memory allocation. I haven't yet
  26. disabled background printing.
