- I have been trying to receive a digital input signal from the
- standard MAC serial ports. My first attempt at this used the GPI line
- and the tech note information (286?). However this did not appear to
- work on a Quadra. The only explaination that I have for this is that
- there is not any SCC support on the Quadra which is stated as required
- in the tech note.
-
- Then I changed the hardware and software to use the CTS line and
- to generate driver events with CTS state transitions. I can not get this
- to work either.
-
- Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get a digital signal input
- using the standard equiped MAC II and up computer? This is a development
- project so the hardware is somewhat flexible. Any ideas would be appreciated.

- Thanx
