  12. Does anyone know what the proper procedure is for determining when a
  13. Radius Portrait monitor has been tilted?  I had tried using
  14. screenBits.bounds, and read where the method should be using GrayRgn.

  16. Does anyone know what global or value has changed when the monitor is
  17. titled and does it send an update message to all open applications?
