  28.   Raster Toolkit which is available from Univ.of Utah and the 
  29.   Univ of Mich.

  31.   Look in the cnv/rlepict directory and get the binhex file: 
  32.   RlePict.sit.hqx.  This program (includes Think_C source)
  33.   can convert a PICT to UtahRLE which may then be converted to 
  34.   Sun Raster or dozens of other image formats.
